Which violations appear on an abstract?

All outstanding or resolved violations will show on the certified abstract. Dismissed and not guilty violations are also shown. Fines, whether paid in full or payment arrangements that have been made with the Court will also appear.

Violations on the abstracts are shown pursuant to order of the Supreme Court retention schedule:

• DUI Violations: 10 years from conviction date unless court sentence is not completed.
• Moving Violations: 5 years from conviction date unless court sentence is not completed.
• No Fault Violations: 5 years from convictions date unless court sentence is not completed.
